The blonding powder, Elea Professional Artisto, consists of large particles that prevent the formation of unwanted dust when mixed with an oxidizing agent. It does not have a high degree of swelling when mixed with an oxidizing agent.
The intensive formula bleaches up to 7 levels. It mixes easily, has a soft and elastic consistency, without lumps.
